All Luxe Brand Kits and downloads are delivered digitally via Canva and/or PDF.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. If you have an issue accessing your files, we’ll make sure you get them.
Branding Services (Luxe Suite + CoCreate Luxe)
Each package includes specific deliverables as listed on the service page.
One round of edits is included (within 3 business days of delivery). Additional edits may be subject to a fee.
All sessions and deliverables are for your business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Refund Policy
Because branding and digital products are custom work, refunds are not offered after work has begun or files have been delivered.
Intellectual Property
All brand kits, templates, and assistants are licensed for your personal business use. They may not be resold, shared, or claimed as your own design work.
